Drawing of Troian Bellisario, aka Spencer Hastings.
I caught "Pretty Little Liars" on Netflix last year and became quite smitten with Troian/Spencer. I think she has this "beauty at second sight" thing going, at first she seems somewhat mousy until you suddenly realize she is in fact sublimely classy.
BTW The name "Spencer" always makes me think of the yellow teddy bear [?] who hosted the German children's television show "Hallo Spencer" from the 1980s (hence the title)
